Nice updates, how long is the antennae? It appears to be longer than mines.

 

Its 5 inches . And ita wierd the vortex isnt a direct fit it doesnt want to go around the roof corner to flush it stays on but I think it could be better. But the quality seems to be very good.

Does anyone know where I can get the rubber lining thats on the outside of the car and goes from the front window to the trunk becuase mine is bent and I need new clips to hold it down .

Oh okay, I figured it was but I asked anyway. Mines, about 3 inches. That's crazy about the vortex, I thought it would be a flush fit. Do whatever it takes to get that perfect fit. You can order the lining from mitsubishiparts.net I believe. Try that, see if you have any luck.

 

You can order those pieces from the dealer. They come with the clips. I think I paid between 100-200 for both. My vortex spoiler fit really well, both edges went under the roof clips and 3m tape in the center

Looks good. Where did you buy the plastidip? Just asking because I'm being told that it's sold in some hardware & automotive stores.

 

I got it at pep boys. That's the only place I could find it without buying it online. Somewhere around 6-10 bucks a can

Thanks for the heads up, were you able to find an assortment of colors as you would when ordering online? Always thought plastidip can only be ordered online. Either way I'll check it out. Thanks again.

 

Pepboys had all the colors. My autozone and advance auto didn't carry it. I just called everyone around to see if anyone had it.

You lost it again??? What are u doing to lose them?! Mine has been stuck on my roof ever since I put it on, and trust me, I have hit some questionable speeds that could have ripped mine off
