Jerking when shifting gears. PLZ HELP

Hello I have a 2006 Lancer ES and has been jerking when shifting from 2-3 and 3-4. I took it to a transmission place and they said there are no codes. What do you think I should do about this? I changed the transmission fluid about a month ago.

maybe the level is low. automatic right?

Thanks for the reply! No the levels of the fluids are fine.
