CVT Fluid Question
CVT Fluid Question
Hello Everyone,
I was wondering if anybody had any experience using Luqui Moly Oils. Being overseas, I want to order Eneos or redline CVT fluid to change out my wife's CVT, but places like amazon can't ship the fluids to me as it might be considered a Hazardous fluid when flying over.
As Liqui Moly oils are readily available in Italy, I researched and it states their "Top Tec ATF 1400" transmission oil complies with the "Mitsubishi CVT-J4" fluid, but it's honestly hard to trust it and don't want to risk damaging the transmission out here. Any input or previous experience with their oils would definitely help out.

I would if the Mitsubishi Stealership in Italy didn't charge 17€ a liter. That and the closest one that is authorized Mitsubishi parts supplier, aka central hub of for all Mitsubishi parts in Italy, is 3.5 hours away from me.
