What's up everybody? I'm happy as heck! Hey Dave, Dimantha emailed me today and told me that the Tech Sport kits were in and he guesses that you will be shipping out my kit in the next week or two. I told him that you guys rock. I'm sorry about this whole thing, but if ODFL wasn't such a BI@tch then everybody would be happy. I sure hope these kits are wrapped in something a little more sturdy than the plastic sheets that the last one came in because it made no sense how the last kit was handled! I also gave him my new addy and told him to forward that to you, but If you don't get it PM me and I'll get it to you, ok? I also told him that since y'all took care of me that if you need anything from me as a customer in the future that I would be glad to help. You know as well as anyone, I never said that this was a bad company. I said that I would see how this panned out before I decided what type of company it was. Seeing as how this went you work for a really good company. If you could get in contact with me and let me know a tracking number or when I can expect the new kit that would be great! Matter of fact, I will PM you the email that Dimantha sent me if that will help you any. Anyway, I hope that it will be a date where I can be there to inspect the kit when it arrives instead of the guy getting a random person to sign it and then get the hell outta dodge. Well, I hope to hear from you soon! and thanks to you and Dimantha once again!
I'm getting pretty frustrated with accolade myself. I orderd parts over three weeks ago and haven't really heard anything since. I've gotten two e-mails from Dave, but they were so vague I have no idea if they've shipped or not. They certainly didn't waste any time billing me. I just read something interesting on the federal trade commisions website: http://ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/credit/billed.shtm
so I'm not too worried about getting my money back if I need to. It's too bad though. I really like the design I ordered and I'd rather get my kit than a refund. I've been e-mailing them like crazy but to no avail. I just want to know if it's been shipped and where it is.

e-mailing doesnt work too well. I ordered the ken style and bought it from body-kit.com. When I had questions I pm'd Dave and he got back to me usually within a couple days. My kit arrived just when they sais it was and it was in great shape, fit great, looks great. I have not seen Accolade very active on these forums in quite some time so I dunno how often he frequents now.
Email me at david@body-kit.com if you need an update..
SORRY FOR THE HOLD UP!! there is a delayed sea container because of an unexpected customs delay hence why there is a customer posting here.. because its going over 2 weeks, But I suppose someone posting in this thread after 4 years is a testament to how well we have been performing these many years, since we rarely have issues now and are the #1 rated vendor for styling parts on EvoM.

We believe that servicing our customers and getting them their product is paramount, and answering hundreds of calls doesn't work for a smaller company. 20 10 minute calls is 2 hours and 40 minutes of time we would rather be working for our customers. Those same 20 questions take minutes to answer via email; it allows for us to answer questions at any time of the day, nights, and give a documented record of conversations so there are no misunderstandings. This has proven very effective for us, and we hope you understand.
