tein coilovers? TALK HERE
Fro, when you get your coilovers give us an update, I'm wondering whether I should just order the front strut mounts and the strut bearing just to be safe or whether is literally just the bearing thats required.

omg.....does no one read my posts.....i have explained a countless number of times that you need the mount AND the bearing. look at post number 103.....i dont remember the part numbers but if you do a search for the parts that i described in that post, they should come up. jesus......
hey petey pab, I viewed post #103 and clicked on the link to www.mitsubishiparts.com and clicked on the link for the OEM parts catalog. Under the suspension subgenre I was able to find the upper strut mount. But I wasnt able to find the upper strut bearing. Do you remember if it was listed under another name?
nevermind: i clicked back to page 12 and found it. thanks to all for the info.

my teins sound like SH@#. the shop i had em done at apparently didnt know what they were doing. they said i need the bearing plates from the stock struts or something cause its metal grinding on metal right now. my springs or really loud right now. anyone know if that's what i need or what might be going on? or where i can get some bearing plates?
ok so what part # and name do i need extra to install these? do i need only for the front.. if i read correctly the backs work fine... so anyways.. let me kno guys!!! plz! asap.
i just got mine fixed today. they work perfectly now. all u need is the oz strut plates(also called bearing plates, or upper strut mounts) and u need the bearing from the oz as well however the shop i took it to today fabricated the stock bearings to fit. put em on and u'll love ur new ride.
