finally some offcial word from kamikaze themselves.

I'm not sure a dyno sheet isnt that necessary, your probably looking at about 3-5HP

There is NO existing header for the Lancer that will pass emissions, as you are removing your first cat, which explains why gains are so high on one.

No CARB exemption=no pass emissions...at least in my neck of the woods. There is a reason why a lot of companies boast they have a CARB number and sticker to put on the part.
