Stubby Antenna

Hey is there a way to relocate the stubby antenna or remove it?

You will probably have to take the headliner off. I imagine it's screwed into place from under the roof of the car.

I think it;ll be easier if I just grind the whole thing off.. it makes my car look like a remote controlled car.. grrr

if you just grind it off, you're gonna have a hole in your roof with wires hanging out, if you take your headliner off, you can at least pull the wires out and all you have to do is worry about the hole.

Perrin makes a great shorty antenna. It was the first "mod" i got so I wouldn't have the rc affect.

Supposedly home depot has a bolt that screws right into that slot (this is assuming your's is the same as our's) and you just rubber cap it, and supposedly it sounds just as good... it definitly looks better
