I would like to tighten my steering but i cant figure figure out how. Its really loose and i just want it a little bit tighter because i tend to overcrorrect with it this loose. I searched for this for a bit but could find nothing. Could someone give me some information.

Thanks,

get an alignment and tell them to tighten your steering and angle your wheels inward so u have a tighter response, other than that try to get poly bushings and bars for your whole front and rear end.

A 4-bar kit from RDD tighten up my ride at higher speeds. Got me out of an accident just the other night coming home from NOPI.

is the 4 bar kit the front/rear strut, lower tie, and rear trunk strut? cause i got that (not the rear trunk thing cause i have an 04) but i dont think i noticed anything. i've seen other cars (non-lancers) with a lower tie bar with 4 bolt points and goes all the way across from wheel to wheel rather than just the 2 middle points. oh and wont that wear the **** out of your tires by towing them inward?

drucea, are you referring to the rear sway bar? All OZs have one already, but you can upgrade to a Progressive brand (mms thicker & better bushings). I don't have that upgraded sway, but at higher speeds I do notice the quicker turning and more precise handling with my front/rear/trunk/tie bar set. Hope this helps.

yeah i know about the sway bar, i think i heard that that was the biggest improvement of all the suspension bar things, but thats not it. I'm talking about the same thing as the lower tie bar, only it is longer and goes down to the bolt on the lower control arm by the wheel. ive seen it on a mazda protege and a civic. i think it would be a lot better.
