i am very disappointed in myself ... i took about 8 hours working on blacking out my headlights .. everything was going great ... but i wake up this morning and find my lights are all fogged up ... not to worry tho i took them off and rebaked them, let them sit for 2 hours .. took them out within 5 mins of putting them on, fogged up .. so i took them back in .. rebaked them used silicone sealing ... let them sit , than took them outside ... put them on .. everything looked good, but before i was done, i could notice some fog building up .. its getting dark now so i just decided to leave them on till tomorrow and see what happens ... :-/

is it humid where you are. it'll make it fog up. I changed the bulbs to my lancer when it was humid and they kept fogging up.

opened up to let the humidity out on a dry day and no more fog

is this your problem?

I would say that there might be a little moisture in them so open them up and let them dry out first, then try resealing them and putting them back in. thats just my guess.
