DRL/Fog Light issue

I recently bought a 2011 RVR GT and I'm having a problem with the DRL's and fog lights.
Here's the facts:
2011 RVR GT w/ factory HID's, halogen DRL's, halogen fog lights. CVT.
16 inch 5 spokes not mated to the computer (TPMS warning is on) Does it matter?
Head lights, tail lights, indicators (L&R) all work.
Fuses have power and continuity. Relays tested good in the horn "slot".

I have tested the DRL's and fogs in daylight and darkness. In gear, and Park. I tested with the switch in all positions: Off, Auto, Marker, On, On High. Nothing. I do understand that the DRL's go out when the fogs come on. I used a test light to determine that I have no power to the bulb sockets in any combination of switch positions. I only eye balled the bulbs since there was no power at the sockets.

I'm hoping it's a common ground for all 4 bulbs that I can fix myself since the dealer is a 45 minute drive away. Anybody have an idea? Thanks.

PS to Burtonrider: Thanks for getting back to me. I seem to be able to create a new thread now.

my TPMS light is on too I have to hold down the button for 5 seconds every time I get in the O.S.. I put on after market 18x9" wheels and stretched the tires so the sensors did not fit.

If I could just use the TPMS light to power the DRL's and fogs, I'd be all set.
