The stock 1G TB is 60 mm, I'd recommend getting the NT TB model to eliminate the TB elbow used on the turbo models.

basically the TB bolts right up to the g93 manifold, however you need to get 2 more of the smaller TB bolts to replace the stcok longer bolts. To see to most gains from this mod you should bore out the TB flange on the IM to the size of your TB.

Now the main difference between you installing this TB, and me installing it is that I'm running a Megasquirt standalone ECU. This enables me to use any TPS, and to eliminate the IAC. The stock ecu should work fine, just make sure you get a 2g TPS to simplify wiring. Its also possible to use a 1G tps, you just need to wire in the "throttle closed switch". Refer to http://www.mirageforums.net/viewtopic.php?t=7105

I havn't experimented with the stock ecu with this mod. To splice in the DSM TPS
(2G) you need to make the following connections:

Stock harness 5vref(grey wire) > DSM TPS 5vref(Green/Yellow)

Stock Harness signal (green) > DSM TPS signal (Brown/Red)

Stock Harness ground (black) > DSM TPS ground(black)

If you are using the stock ecu you will have to figure out how to use the dsm IAC, I'm sure it's possible. The stock IAC has 2 power wires, 4 stepper motor wires. The dsm IAC has the same setup.

That goes to the cruise control unit (left side of the engine bay near the washer fluid tank), the line is the cruise control vacuum which is to control the actuator that controls the butterfly when you have your CC on.

Read bro... he removed the module (the actuator, a.k.a. the gold hat thing), and the controller (follow the vacuum line and you'll find the controller, should be on the left side of the engine bay near the washer fluid tank). If you remove the controller the vacuum line is attached to the controller and it will come out too. If you want to leave it in there then just leave the hose disconnected.

Hmmm, I hope you have your hands on a Lancer Factory Service Manual if you're gonna do a turbokit without much knowledge of where stuff is.

So, does this swap change the sound of the exhaust or does it sound the same?
