Those seats look great. I saw a lancer ES with leather at one of the places I went to before buying my Lancer, but the seats didn't look as good as yours. I'll definitely be adding leather to my ES some time down the road, along with larger wheels.

 

wow nice looking seats. so is that something that all mitsu dealers offer with the new lancer or was it a leather package from an older model that they had sitting around? i've only heard of dealers offering the seats with GTS stiched into the headrest, which i'm sure doesnt look nearly as good as these.

 

I have seen those seats with GTS in the headrest, they are okay the one I saw was Red and the seats in the front had Red on the sides, you now the sides that hug you in... But not in the middle it was okay but, I am going to get mine done aftermarket becasue I want the color in the middle of the seat with black on the outside, My plan is to leave the colth on the sides than put a blue Vinyl in the middle....

 

My SRT-4 had the best seat I have ever planted my a$$ in. Those seat would hug you when you got in the car. It was nice. Thats why I want to find someone who would know how to do something about the seat sensors for the airbags, I would like some RECARO or SPARCO seats. And if there is no why to get that done, then I will get them redone with black leather with red stiching.


•Is there anyway to redo the steering wheel? Red stiching maybe?

 

The GTS comes with the sports seats right?

 

I think the leather seats would look a lot better on the gts because of the sports seats. My dealer asked me about this option when i got my ES but then again, i was trying to picture it in my mind on how itll look on regular seats so i said no. And plus, summer in CALI would just cause some problems with me and my gf everytime we get in to the car. So yeah, me and my "General" both decided on just getting the clothe seats. hahaha

 

you actually want to keep the lint brush's best friend of fabric seats and then slap sticky blue vinyl in the middle????

 

The guy that lives next to me doe custom Interiors for cars, trucks, He said if I ever needed something done to talk to him, it all depends on how good of a deal he gives me.... but Yea I would keep them becasueI want a contrast in fabrics, I use a lint roller to clean them...

was a dealer option. that car was sitting on the showroom floor and i talked the guy down cause they didn't have the color i wanted (which was blue). i really didn't want the leather seats cause it gets hotter then heck in TN in the end i think we got the seats for $500 (was $1100) i love em to death and everyone is amazed at how good they look. also after reading about how rare they are i was glade i got em
