Canada Lancer GTS - Sirius

Hey All,

I live in Canada and just purchased a 2008 Lancer GTS. I did not put the sun and sound package on the car but I was wondering if anyone had any idea on what the pre-wired switch is for Sirius. I was reading in the brochure that Sirius comes built into the car with the sun and sound package. But people without it have access to this pre-wired thing.

Have you tried just using it? Can't you use the BAND selector thingie to go from AM, FM, Sirius?

I'm just guessing since I have the S&S package. I'm assuming your radio works about the same way as mine.

I have the SAT button on my radio but when I press it, nothing displays.

Gotcha. That doesn't help much then!

Have you tried talking to your service dept. at the dealership? A lot of times if you ask them a basic question like this, they'll just give you what they know. It never hurts to ask.
