Properly, is to get an Evo harness bar, install that, and then the harnesses. Done! and safely might I add...

Unless in a rollover your roof caves in and breaks your neck. There was a discussion about this and it is not safe. Your 3-point belt will let your body move to the side to avoid getting crushed while a 4-point harness will hold you in place. If that doesnt bother you then you can just do what SLVROZ said. Really easy.

EDIT:Why does it say you drive an 02 EVO?

Lol I hate to have to go against you again but dont you think you are more likely to roll your car on a track?

In a controlled environment? nope! Everyplace everywhere is different, but every course I've raced (auto-x'd) on was designed well without ditches and drop-offs or anything of that nature. Let the OP decide, it's their life!

For sure. I have seen many people running the 4-point harnesses just for the looks. Whatever makes you happy.

Oh and you do make a good point about the track being a controlled environment. I guess if you are meant to roll your car it will happen whether on a track or not.

^True, co-workers and I were talking about that yesterday...when it our time to go, whether it's in a car wreck, plane, train, natural causes, etc etc, it's our time to go.

Did you see that wrecked Evo with the roof that caved in? He took pics at where the accident happened there wasn't really anything I could see that could have managed that roof damage...but it happened anyways. He is okay too! Stock saftey resistants.

I have seen a bunch of EVO and US Lancer wrecks and a lot of the time the driver is not hurt that bad. I have only seen rollovers and frontal crashes but I cant imagine getting T-boned in this car. The other car would go right through.

Even worse, to get T'd in my gutted Civic! It's basically a tin can with 4 wheels and a motor! 1 ton car with (hopefully turbo'd soon) 300+ hp.
