Has anyone had any problems with their HIDs auto-lighting when the car is off? I got the fog/low/hi HID kit from MobileHid, and installed the lows and fogs last week. Last night right before I go to sleep, my brother noticed that my lights where on. Figuring that I just left them on, i went out and turned them off using the auto off feature. About 20 minutes later, my other brother tells me my lights are on again. So this time, I turned the light switch to the off position.

So, I'm starting to fall asleep, and the house lights outside on a motion sensor light up...next thing i see is a head in the window. My brother was out there turning off my lights again. Not even 2 minutes later, there back on. So I went out and pulled the low beam relay because interestingly enough, it was only my Lows turning on. About 30 minutes later, there back on. So I pulled the stock harness out of the connector, so that there could be absolutely nothing triggering this thing. Another 20 minutes go buy, and there back on, so i just yanked the damn battery so I could get some sleep.

Definitely gonna be callin MobileHid later today, just gotta wait for the time zones. Has anyone else had any similar problems? My assumption is that the relay in the harness is bad, but I'll wait to see what they say.

could be lol, but when i pulled at the relay, it didnt feel like it was still secured to where i put it, thus the gremlins lol. Im gonna pull it apart on saturday to look at it. At least the lights are still off so far since iv come to work lol

or it could be that fox i saw running away from my car when i went to untie the battery...

 

MobileHid said its probably a defective relay, so there sending me out a new one.
Didn't have any problems today till i got home at 8. This time, the light switch was on, and the car was on..but no lights lol gotta luv electricity.
