vortex generator

i bought vortex generator from ebay put it on does not fit good! how can i make it fit good?

yeah could you give us the link to ebay so we can check it out further? you might of bought a vortex generator for the new lancers.

Well, I've read somewhere that if you broke the tabs that could be the reason why. You could also buy window seal silicon at your local autoparts store.

did you install properly? if you did, the 3M tape or other double side tape shouldn't let wind pass under the VG.

Also, as mentioned above, use clear silicon from hardware store and seal the front part of VG to 1) prevent wind from lifting it 2) prevent rain/snow/water/dirt from forming under the VG. <-- especially during winter, the silicon will do magic. BTW I used for my VG and it's fantastic.

also, forgot to mention, to properly install VG you HAVE TO remove the rubber weather strip to install it right.

the one i bought on ebay works like a charm, all i used was the 3M tape it came with!
