Oxygen sensor replacement recommendations

My check engine light is on and it's due upstream oxygen sensor. Any recommendation on which brand and model to use other than the oem as they are 350 in my local dealership while online they range from 50-150.
I am also looking for direct fit, I think Denso 234-4739 might be a good one but not sure. Would you recommend bosch or walker over denso.
Anybody know what kind is the oem?

OEM is Bosch im pretty sure, i got a direct fit replacement at advanced auto parts for 98.00 it was also bosch, and havnt had a problem, check advanced auto to see if they carry direct fit replacements for your evo, i have a lancer oz so the 02 sensor may or may not be different

rockauto.com has Bosch direct fit for around 60-70 IIRC. Work fine.

Actually I just remembered I have the Denso 234-4739 on the front and the Bosch direct fit downstream. Both from rockauto.com and both working fine so far.

Used Bosch 15730.

It is not direct-fit, but it takes maybe 15 minutes with very basic understanding of connecting wires. Car runs probably three times quieter. Definitely worth $40.

Bosch is a good brand...i would go with a direct fit replacement($63) just because its easier, less hassle and only five bucks more. The universal ($58)will take about an extra 20 min to install. You can pick up either of these at your local O'Reilly store.
