I recently ripped my flex pipe off my 2003 es. I have some after market headers and im pretty slammed. i notice my sound wasnt as deep so i checked it out and i have a pretty good leak. Ive patched it up twice and they both ripped. I was thinking maybe replacing it with a pipe but im worried that would crack?

 

you need a flex pipe cause the engine rotates on a perpendicular axis to the rest of the exhaust.

 

Damn. I guess i need to find a strong flexpipe.
