exhaust leak (flex pipe)

is there a company that sells an aftermarked down pipe that would replace the flex pipe that is after the header /pre cat.. my flex pipe had a small leak in it and I have that feeling the stealership will want a small fortune for this part

You could get a full header like an RPW that replaces both the header and downpipe. Other than that, nobody sells an aftermarket downpipe for the 4G94 motor.

You'd be doing yourself a favor by replacing it. They're junk.

The welds are junk and will crack sooner more than later. Multiple members have had their headers rewelded (myself included) only to have them crack again and again.

Mitsu needs your vin for the winCaps program , it wont let us do a system search unless the vin is entered , Its stupid and there are ways around it , but over the phone they usually deny you ....

as for the flexpipe/down pipe I wouldnt get a d/p without a flex joint it is there to flex under engine movement , without it something will crack , Likely your header ....

walker part #53455 available from www.rockauto.com for $50.79 is what you need
