hey guys, i have an 03 lancer es and my mid pipe broke off the second cat so i replaced it and found out the weird three bolt flange from the pipe to the muffler is rusted to hell so i couldnt bolt the muffler without hacking off the new flange and old muffler flange so i was wondering if anyone knew if there was a perfromance replacement with that flange. also wondering if doing headers with downpipe would affect my emissions test causing it to fail without the first cat

I welded my entire system and was probably the best decision Ive made not only for sound but also NO LEAKS! Id just buy the header, One high flow cat, and a magnaflow or cherry bomb muffler/glass pack and call it a day.
