So today I had my car jacked up on stands which I probably think what caused this, I was removing the bumper. I'm not too sure what caused it but it sounds awful to hear, and it never did that before raising the car. What is causing this?

 

Well since the bumper was taken off and put back on, is the inner fender shield in place correctly?

If it is not body work then i'd be looking at the CV axles/hub. Are your lugnuts properly torqued?
