how to remove dashboard to paint
Which part? The trim piece that has the clock and air vents in it?
You take off the HVAC Panel
1. Put all the control knobs all the way to left, so you can easily put them back on
2. Unscrew the two screws now visible under the knobs you just took off
3. Gently and evenly pull on the trim piece
4. Unscrew the two screws under the clock no visible under the HVAC Panel you removed
Remove the gauge cluster Trim
5. Unscrew the two screws under the black trim behind the steering wheel
6. Gently and evenly pull the trim piece off
Remove Grey Dashboard
7. Now, working from the left to right, gently pry up on the Grey trim piece and work your way over. You will have to unplug the clock and another connector and it's off
