hey guys

new here

i own a lancer sportback 2010

and i purchase 2 pairs of rockford r165x3 speakers


combined with wiring harness


and brackets (spacers)


issues:
1) the speakers screws do not fit the mounting bracket holes
2) the mounting bracket do not have a hole to take out the harness from

all the pros here!
what can i do???

 

They look shallow mount and may not need spacer. Roll down window and see if they hit without the spacer.

Try re-clocking the speaker until 3 holes line-up.

I had to cut up the old speaker and use the old frame to mount the new speakers...
