Ill try to take it off in the next few days to take a pic. it uses regular screws to stay in place. so in order to get to the screws with a screwdriver I have to take the whole TB off...its a pain. but Ill post some when I get a chance.

Going to be buying a 95 or 96 Mirage on the cheap to convert over. Just wondering if 17" rims will fit on the car along with lowering it? Plan on perhaps a SLOW evo conversion.

yes 17" will fit on a 4g Mirage. Lowering springs too.
But, not sure if you're asking if those parts from a Lancer will fit onto the Mirage.
I suggest you check out www.mirageforums.net if you're going to buy a Mirage.

Yo you should do another thread about Mirage to Evo compatibility. Or DSM to Mirage.... just make other ones.

so how about rod and main bearings? I found a whole aftermarket bearing set for a 4g93 and 4g92 on ebay and its only like 90 something shipped. Mitsu stealership wants like 35 per bearing for just the mains. Would these bearings fit the 4g94? You can find them on ebay by just typing in 4g93. Thanks.

Well Im having a hell of a time finding a site that I can compare oem part numbers. I find lots of sites for oem parts but they never display the numbers and our local auto parts stores dont even carry our bearings so I cant compare them there. Does anyone know of a site where I can actually see the part number next to the item? I really want to find out if the 4g93 has main and rod bearing compatibility as well as thrust washer compatibility with the 4g94. The set I've found is made by ACL and is a premium racing bearing set it says. It fits both the 1.8 4g93 and the 1.6 4g92. I assume austrailia doesn't have the 4g94? I ask about the austrailia thing cause I was just curious because I was looking at an aussie site and there was no 4g94 listed.
