Trunk
Trunk
Hey everyone... any good ideas besides dynomating the trunk for sound, to get rid of rattles? has anyone tried to sounds proof around the back seat... would it be worth it to remove the plastic that surrounds the area behind the seats and matte it, or just remove it.
Your best bet is to Dynamat it. Use Dynamat Extreme. It weighs only .45 lbs per sq. ft. So, if you put a total of 20 sq. ft. (enough to cover your entire trunk)...you're only adding 9lbs of weight. Not bad for a super quiet trunk. Are you planning to run subs?
yea I have one 10 right now, and I am going to add one more and build them into the sides so i still have the trunk... but now I have something on the inside back where my two rear speakers are rattling... havent quite figured out where it is yet...
