static radio when HIDs on?

I recently installed my HID kit and they work great. However today I noticed that when I turn on my HIDs (night light) my radio has a lot of static interference.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Try grounding the ballast(s) out to the battery instead of the frame. It could be messing with the stereo/antaenna ground

I had the same problem with fog lights on my vehicle, it was ground wiring which I ended up separating altogether
