04 Ralliart Speakers Won't Work

Recently bought a ralliart. Stereo was working fine when i bought it. Theres an alarm on it. Dont know if it is aftermarket or if they came with it. Anyways. It was triggered the other day and ever since theres no sound coming from the speakers? Stereo still turns on and everything else seems to work. Any ideas on what i can do? Or check?

If there is no separate amp - it may just be coincidence and the head unit amp section just died.

if you do have an amp - let us know - more troubleshooting is required

Im not sure if i do or not. The big sub that was supposed to be in the trunk isnt there so i kind of assumed they took out everything. Ill check when i get out of work though. If i do though it would just be under one of the seats?

is it an OEM amp or aftermarket?

If OEM - see if you can swap with another forum member to troubleshoot

It is OEM. But a while back everything came on. Out of nowhere. Sometimes it will come on and it will play for a while and then it just cuts off again. So im guessing its gonna be a loose connection somewhere r faulty wires?

Try wiggling the wires at the amp and see if you can make it cut out again.

That will help you find the bad wire/connector.

Could be a bad ground for the amp too.
