Heres a pretty good example of a taillight/headlight conversion, its my project/show car besides the EVO. Underneath all the bodywork is a 97 Civic DX Hatch. Here are a few of the major mods (dont wantto list them ALL)
-Celica front end conversion with HID lights, carbon fiber scoop, and streey fighter bodykit
-Lexus RX300 taillight conversion and veilside rear bumper
-B18c (NOT c1) type R GSR engine and tranny swap
- custom 1-of a kind widebody kit, with MR2 sidevents molded into the rear QT panel and MR2 sideskirts molded underthe doors.
- tweed red/black full interior
- shaved off emblems, moldings, rear lisence plate housing, door handles, locks (push buttom to open door).

-ETC ETC

Currently i need to install:
- Focal Utopia sub in custome mirrored box
- Zapco Competition series 6.0 amp
- Infinity Reference speakers
- S2k push button start
- EAI FBSS 16 function Air suspension
- etc etc

Crazy looking little thing, plan on taking it to HIN next year after i install all the mods if u dont like it.

lol taillight conversions truck conversions!!!that hatchback looks like sumthin that came from outterspace... the tail conversion looks good but id say dual exhaust on it or jus a fake tip over the left side so it covers the spot...front looks like a mini celica but eh thas you...lota work goin into it but good job...

 

Ok, after reading through the pages of posts, why do people get upset when someone comments that something you are doing is rice? GUESS WHAT, LOTS OF PEOPLE THINK AN IMPORT IS RICE! Doesn’t matter what upgrades you got! The main thing is to make your car look clean and original. Who cares if you have is300 taillights? Who cares if you have an evo-7 body kit? Neither of them are the original cars, everyone knows that. Just make it look nice and you win. The only person who should care what their car looks like is the driver/owner. So, when someone posts an OPINION about something being rice don't take offence. It is just an opinion.

I hear **** every day about my car being rice simply cuz it's a mitsu. people seem to think because a car is from japan it's a rice rocket. Sadly, some people are just retarded. But it's life and if you can't handle peoples' opinions don't buy a foreign car. No offence intended to anyone, just how I see things.
