I think he meant modding the N/A Lancer as opposed to the AWD turbocharged Lancer [Evolution]. I don't think he was trying to say that the car is now NA.

I don't know why everyone says he proved everyone wrong though...I think it was well understood that it could well be done with an Evo IV+ engine, but that it wasn't worth the cast and trouble. There's a huge difference between saying something is impossible and saying something is impractical. I'm still unconvinced of the practicality of engine swaps in the Lancer, but, as always, I'm keeping an open mind.

well he did prove some people wrong that were saying it wasnt possible, but i think they were talking about from the evo 8 cause it was backwards or something. but i think it would be worth it, cause the lancer stock engine can only go so far and then your done, and it doesnt go very far. but with the evo engine, you can begin modding it as if you had an evo, and it can gain much more power than the 4g94.

eh i checked with ht turbotech. they said it cost roughly 10000 USD. so would you be selling the whole car or just the engine? And also they said as they were shopping for an engine, they found others so they could have them readily availible but maybe just not the 6.5 TME.
