Looks cool but its kinda warped. Would look even better if it was a perfect circle. Did you try heating it up in an oven first and then trying to bend it around something round like a pipe or something? Maybe that would help. Awesome job though.

i did heat it up in the oven for many many times. bending little by little every time.... but then i think ht plastic is like too strong or something, it doesnt melt to the point where u can bend it easily. I tried heating it up longer and at higher temperature, but then the ring became white-ish. I think there were air bubbles or something inside and they expanded. That ring was thrown away

Awe. well you description of the bubling in the plastic means that you prolly aver heated it and caused it to melt. I guess you might have to find smaller halo's and try work them a little from there. Did you try looking on Ebay for a smaller set of halos?

yeah it does look kinda Evil, that wasent the look i was after, but it turned out pretty good, i had the same rings from the BMW system, but i dicided to leave them the same size and not modify them cause they are the perfect size for the Ralliart headlamps

Try a heat gun and one of those gloves that chefs and bakers use. either that or something like welding gloves would probably work (and probably be cheaper).
