I wish someone here in the U.S. could fabricate a kit like the Apex kit that is perfect quality. I would pay good money for one but I don't have any patience for parts that don't look/work properly. Wish Kaminari had a different kit available for the Lancer. (more agressive)

Update : Haven't heard from my body shop yet, so I am assuming surgery is going well so far, I have received an email from Accolade though, and they claimed that there kit is a direct replacement/fit. and showed me pics of side skirts which aren't even the ones I ordered. Check back on Monday for pics + measurements of the skirts I had received, and also the crap quality of the hood, in addition to the split evo spoiler, which looks like a kindergartener built out of 2 pieces of looseleaf paper. I will keep everyone posted of the customer service I am receiving as well as the status of the kit. Thanks for everyone checking up on this, and could anyone tell me if I have good grounds for any legal charges whatsoever? Any advice/tips will be appreciated. Thanks again guys, stay safe.

well all i got to say is i ordered my body kti in jan and it got off the ship in feb. and then when i called new direx (place in ny) they said cusotm took it to search it cause they didnt like the xrays) so i called back a week later they said they got it back now, and will send it to philly for me to pick up and will CALL ME when it gets there. i call back a week later and they said they were sending it soon. i go to florida on my senior class trip come back (march 8th) and i got a letter in the mail stating that general orders has my kit becuase no one picked it up. and i never got a call saying my kit was in philly for me to pick it up. so now customs has it and they want me to pay $540 to get it out which is bs. and there saying i shoudl have know to pick it up, except i never got the call telling me it was in philly to pick it up and both companies are syaing its my fault. which hell as soon as they WOULD have told me it was in philly i would have been down there that day or the next picking it up! this sucks! not allocades fault but i dunno, all i got to say is there better nothing wrong with the kit when i go pick it up once i come up with 540.

I had the same problem, but I was all over my package like white on uncle ben's rice. I found out where it was going and when, and phone numbers of everyone. I did the whole quest, went through customs and got clearance, and got my package the "f" out of there and to my home lol, which is now in a million pieces at the shop, unfortunately.

sorry to hear bout the kit zapco.. we should really get some domestic producers so just in case anything happens, replacements would come alot faster.. but u gotta post pics coz im anxious to see how bad the parts really are.. good luck with everything

my kit finally came in today and it is a piece of ****!! just repeat everything zapcolancer including the split ****ty spoiler. the hood was so wavy i was surfing on it earlier this sucks and at this point i would strongly urge anyone out there that may read this to not do business with accolade ( body-kit.com) i got laughed at when the body shop saw this kit with the business card thick eyelids, so many waves, ****ty fiberglass, pin holes, etc. i emailed them and i think it was the only time i ever got a quick response but it was only to tell me and i quote diran peters from accolade " yes sir every kit needs alot of preperation". thats it!! that was the whole email and i spent 20 mins typing to explain in detail every problem, took pictures of badly cracked ****ty cheap fiberglass. cant even use the spoiler and hood. this hood is a joke and i would be ashamed of my business for letting this through quality control (i wonder if they have qc in Shri Lanka.) anyway i guess they wont do anything for me. please if youre reading this and you ever hear the words " i think imma get a body kit from accolade (body-kit.com) please help this person. this was the worst experience ive ever had in my 26 years on earth. now the ****ty product isnt my only beef. they claim 4 weeks to deliver to your door. ****!! it took 3 1/2 months just to get to the port in milwaukee. WTF? how are people still doing business with these clowns? ive heard so many bad things after i bought mine oh well thanks dinan, diran whoever for this hood that i may just use for sled riding if it snows again. and the paper miche? spoiler that you bought from my 7 yr old niece from her art class project. im saying F%$K accolade!

wow, thats crazy. by the way ozrallyguy, is your kit fiberglass? also, could you please post pics. pictures are the only way that other forum members can decide for them selves. i feel for you. i too had an accolade bodykit (apex) and i hated it. the fiberglass is cheap and thin. post pics asap.

the side skirts, spoiler are fiberglass. front bumper, rear bumper are plastic. ill have pics someday. i gotta get em developed and put on cd rom first. the rear bumper has a shark racing logo on it and i could swear that this license plate part is for overseas plates. weird fit. its gonna take an estimated 47 hours to just prep the rear, front bumper and side skirts before painting. i dont know if these pieces even fit yet. i wouldnt be shocked if they need more work

Hmmm, Maybe Mr. Diran or Dinan, whatever the hell his name is can believe me now, notice how he had the same problems as I did! But wait, wasn't I the person who called to MAKE SURE IT WAS A DIRECT REPLACEMENT, "yes sir, I barely speak a lick of english, I am sure it fits the lancer perfectly".

I feel like the whole process was a big bunch of horse manuer(sp?). Fortunately for me, I had the money to lay out to MAKE the kit fit my car, and will Accolade reimburse me? Hell no, I write a page and a half email asking for assistance and to speak to a supervisor, I get a reply saying "Keep us posted." That is an insult, I am sorry. I take time to write a formal complaint/letter and I get a 1 sentence reply in "dewdspeak". I am still looking for someone to get in with me to press legal charges for false advertisement, maybe ozrallyguy will be in on it with me. From the products to the "To your door deliver" to the "Direct replacement" which is so bull****. They are never wrong, even now when others have the same problem, it's not their fault, give me a break, I am sorry, read this email I got back after my first complaint about the products:

Our kits fit perfectly.

Pls see the measurement.

Pls mail us back sir.

Hmmm first it fits perfect, now you tell ozrallyguy that your kits need lots of work to install? Get your stories straight, cause its seriously aggravating the hell out of me and now, others. If you dont do anything, WE WILL! Oh by the way Accolade, I am not calling the kit i bought from you Apex anymore, It is now being called a "Finelines Kit" for the guys that made your kindergarten artwork actually look good.

well put zapco! i also emailed accolade and got a peply from diran asking him if this kit was an exact fit and he said yes sir, our kits all are standard fit perfect lancer. maybe i just dont have a "perfect lancer" haha!! anyway,this is bs and this companies a joke.
