I am roughly over $3,500.00. I will find out the exact amount when I go pick up the Lancer(cannot wait). I will keep posting more as I find out more information, but right now car is just about done and in the paint room. He has a bit more work to do on the hood but nothing to major, he already has put over 20 hours in labor to fix the hood, and has just a little bit more left to smooth out the sides for the perfect look. Other than that, I am just about ready to get back in my ride!

 

$3500.00!!!! oh my jesus!!! i may just quit now. i dont have that kinda $$$$ im only doing the side skirts,fb,rb. i bought a cf evo vii spoiler and imma do some custom grill work. imma paint the mits logo red and paint the crome part on the grill same as car(black lab pearl) thatll look tight i hope! oh diran emailed me back and said "we dont believe you. look on our site at the kit you bought and see how they fit perfect. you only have to remove bar under rear bumper. rest is perfect fit."

It took just 25 minutues install the FB and 20 Minutes to install the HOOD.

Common Sense and Experiance Makes a hell of Difference.
Pls use a Body Shop which has even 3 People cos some have tried to install our kits with one hand. That cannot be done you need at least 3 Staffed body shops. Also pls use a Body Shop Guy who has lot of experiance in installing kits

 

We do not blame the customers. But we do blame body shops for charging so much for such a simple job. Well it is USA, no wonder.

Okay Dinan, you are TOTALLY missing the point I and others are trying to make. We are NOT SAYING that all of your kits don't fit. But what we ARE saying is that the molds you used(if any) for ours, were way messed up or done like crap, maybe both so it seems. And what do you mean charge so much? How much time did you think it took to fit the damn pieces you made for me? He took the job considering it was a "direct replacement" and laughed in my face 2 days after I dropped it off, showing me something wrong with EVERY piece of it. I'll ship back your spoiler, maybe you'll get it in 5 months, so you know how we feel, you'll see that piece then. Actually sitting here taking time to argue with your customers instead of taking time to try and work things out and compensate for the mistake(s)YOU made is utterly ridiculous and it totally pisses me off. You don't fight with your customers when something bad happens, regardless of whose false it is. And you don't go saying that USA charges so much when one, you don't live here so you have no say in how we live or lives, and it's "us Americans" that buy your kits and try to put them on, so don't go discriminating either, because based on the pics I have seen, there are plenty of things lots of us probably think about you guys. and yes, I still want to speak to a president(something with more say then you that gives 2 ****s about customer service). I also appreciate your 1 sentence reply to my page long formal letter complaint to your company. Such great service, you want us to say you're the best, yah, you're the best alright for sure!!!

 

1) for many body shops it is the First Lancer they have kitted up for the first time.

If it is the first time usually they take much longer time to identify where the nuts and bolts are, This is very usual. Many of the body shop are installing Kits for 2002 /2003 model for there first time as the lancer is not popular. when they do it for the first time they may encounter problems.

if so it us very understanding that they take much longer time to install the kit.

But on the second job they might be faster. But they will have to install the same brand name. If they try to install a kaminari kit they will take some time as the fittings may be different.

In fact for the Spoiler we have Designed New Top fin for the Evo VII type as customers have had lot of complaints. But our new fin will not crack at all.

Currently we do not have any complaints from bumpers or side skirts.

rear Bumper - remember you have to remove the rear bar to install our bumpers.

Also pls do read our ordering policies.

Many customers do order lot of goods from us. When customers critises our products we take a note of all of them and we recheck and develop new kits.

Hood for example are most imporant. Some HOOD may come vavy on the top and this is due to extreme cold in particluar areas.

But now we manufacture on different material cold CORE -MAT so that they do not shrink at all even on colder weather areas.

Most of our kits are for the Asian Market and suited for Asian Climates. But we are now totally concentrating on the US customers.,


From USA Majority of the Customer are belowe 20.
From Asia it is Below 24.

USA customers require special attention as they compare our services to any online store, which is different.

Sometimes our products may have diffects but we try to eliminate 99.9 % of them. But there may be diffects which may go into the market.

But we can assure you that all the kits which have been manfactured after 15 th Jan 2003 have no Problems at all but due to temprature changes they may still be. This is usual for FRP and it is known as Shrinkages.


Before you approach any Body Shop pls first ask if they have installed any kits for the lancer 2002/2003. If they have then they know the car better. for person who will be doing it alone will take more that 1 - 2 weeks including painting.

What we say to our customers is that pls analyse all details correctly and make a decsion. We try to give many parts at lowest cost for you.

I am terribly sorry, but everytime you get confronted it's another excuse. First off, why would you direct products towards the USA and advertise as such, and not take into considerations the climate differences. We go from cold to hot here in the North East, from 10 degrees to 100+(at times), and NEVER get warping as your hood had came in. Don't blame it on our climate differences. I find it sad you can never say, "we messed up, we're sorry and we would like to make it up to you.", everytime another excuse of yours is proven wrong, you come up with another ridiculous one. It just so happens all of the kits now produced AFTER January 15th are "okay". give me a break, you expect people to buy/believe that from you, honestly? And furthermore, you should not go and tell us to find a better body shop. If a kit doesn't fit, then it doesn't fit. I also dont understand how your "shrinkage" process makes the hood enlargen? Can you explain that to me, or give me some high tech bs excuse, so i can pretend to believe you, or so you can pretend to know what you are saying? Also explain how your shrinkage process makes the spoiler magically appear with no moldings and fiberglass over the holes for the screws? Fortunately for you, your theory of shrinkage only applied to my skirts, which in fact, I don't really quite believe it but I will accept it. However the other pieces have nothing in relation to shrinkage effected by it. FYI: The hood wasn't only wavy on top. But also was so wavy down the sides that the hood wouldnt close properly. No offense, sir, but you are only getting me more and more upset the more your company fights with me. Honestly, I am not asking for thousands of dollars from you, I just wish you weren't so stubborn and just said, "sorry, we Fuc#$# up". It will never happen tho, just how you run your business I guess. And I am still waiting to get contacted by someone of higher authority then you and Diran. Is it that hard to get in touch with someone with a little bit more say and understanding then your theories and hypothesis' of why the kits came as they did. Also explain how kits 2 months ago that people got(2 point 0) the exact same kit I ordered from you, had no problems whatsoever? Interesting isn't it, even with those "climate changes" you talked about. I guess you could only wish people thought before they spoke!

i feel for you, ive talked to you before about this kit, but heres what I can say:

1. When I sent the money to Sri Lanka, the guy at the bank said i can file a suit with commercial bank and my bank.

2. The BBB (Better Business Bureau) is only for the United States so I dont think they will help you with overseas bullcrap.

3. Instead of spending thousands of dollars on that kit lets just buy plane tickets and.. we'll figure out the rest later.

4. Pissed me off how he dissed America like that seeing how many of us gave up our lives to defend it.

9. And for the moderator I have to do some kind of review... Well They are Slow, Unreliable, Cheats, Inconsistant and I Have Nothing Good to Say About THem. I Should have known when i saw their piece of crap site which my 7 year old niece could write in notepad.

i have exactly the same problem as zapco and maybe a little worse because i am about to spend a little more then just $3500 including being hooked up by a friend which is already as cheap as it can get. the body kit i received don't fit my car at all and it barely hangs onto my car. the 3 piece spoiler dont even piece together. i dont know how you would like to handle this but i certainly dont want to spend $3500 to get the kit to fit and thats not including the $850 purchase and $160 custom charges. spending close to $5000 was not my plan when i purchased the kit from your company. i e-mailed you and your sales and i have not gotten a response yet. i hope to get a response soon to rebound your company's credibility.
