They redesigned the 04+ and they are selling well, and they are also still selling. Would you make a product that has a growing market, or for a minority group, even if there is demand? The cost of R&D + Production might not even outweigh the number of kits they sell. Yes I would like the kit too and it would be cool, but financially its not feasible.

VERY TRUE. You have basically Hit the Right Spot. And we still develop parts for the lancer even if its not feasible. Thanks N1te.

Azn, pm me your cell # and we'll talk business

Are you sure the Evolution 9 conversion body kit is for the 02-03 OZ Rally Lancer? Or is it for the 04-06?

So Accolade are you guys saying you'll consider making the Evo9 kit for 02-03 lancers? I certainly hope so, so that I won't have to go through so much trouble to ordering a kit from Asia.

Most of those overseas kits never work right for USDM cars. They almost always require removal of the front crashbar. I was going to do a VIP kit for a Diamante and a VR-4 kit for a Galant to sell and got turned off of the idea of having to extensive modifivation to the kits to get them to fit as removing the bars was out of the question.

The only other option was Erebuni and I did not find their quality to be acceptable. You guys would want someone here to deisgn a quality kit made for the USDM Lancer. I think for 02-03 people, Kaminari is still the best. Buddyclub2 is quality stuff, their site says they are working on one.

I agree that Kaminari is best in quality. I know a guy that has their kit on his celica and he had to do no mods whatsoever to put it on, plus they are the only ones that are not fiberglass. I just want accolade or someone to make an evo 9 front end. I would save up and buy one.

I personally do not like the Kaminari kit, i think it looks ugly... so evo conversion/replica/wannabe/ kit all the way! btw I in Canada, I was in HK i coulda gotten myself an Evo already. But Watever, I'll evolve my Lancer into a Evo

EDIT: I guess we should all beg Accolade to make their 04-06 EVO 9 Conversion for the 02-03 guys too.
