I think you should make it a more modern "police" looking car by buying some black rims with chrome center caps....but not like normal cop rims. That way it'll make your car stand out more w/o having plain cop rims on it (but can get the same effect). An example can be found on www.tirerack.com. Select Make, Year, Model, Choose color on the left, and then choose the ASA JH8 rims.

Maybe try to fit it into the armrest on the center consol. Although you would probably have to modify it. I know that you can unscrew the top flip part of it.

it would fit in there if i cut a groove the witdth of it, the only thing is how to cover up the sides of it? i just think its more logical to put it underneath like the cubby hole cuttin the bracket under it and mounting it there than most places

Sorry I'm not sure about either dimensions but you can get the radio relocation kit from a dealer or http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...?siteid=214144. The part number is MZ598248EX for Gray, MZ598263EX for Black, and MZ598246EX for brown. I assume this will fit our year of car and make...it's for an EVO (but interior dash is mostly the same). I would maybe suggest calling the dealer and asking for the dimensions.
