i`m having problems with the lady`s insurance. I went to my own body shop where they quoated me 3000 which is what i thought then called up her ins and told them i have the estimate. They pretty much said i have to go to their shop and if the quotes are diffrent i have to pay the diffrence Can they do that ?. I understand the need for the adjuster to see the car and make an estimate but why should i have to pay the diffrence ?

Just need help

thats BS you choose the shop you want. not the ones they recomend. stay firm on that. tell them you will bring your lawyer in on this if thats what they want.

Hahaha i actually called them today and went first off "i want to speak to a supervisor" and went off her haha. So now all i gotta do is email her the pictures and fax her my people`s quote. Then it goes against their quote i guess which is what ever. Btw i did tell her my lawyer was gonna call them and explain to them about the harassment suit her tone of voice changed immediately.
