So, i figure id show people how great my night was. I ended up getting into a little accident, could have been a lot worse, but it still sucks, my poor lancer. Lets just say ive had better nights. Sorry for the crappy picture, its with a cell phone.

With my "amazing" driving skills, i ended up with this.



Now the question is what should i do next I know i need a new bumper, but what do you think i should do? what would you do if this happened to you?

Insurance???

 

Well, i was at a Four-way, where two sides have stop sides, and the other dont. I ended up pulling out a little to much, and clipped his fender.

I found out tonight that mitusbishi's dont get a long with volvo's.

 

Sh*t, how'd the other guy turn out? He's the one you've got to be worried about, 'cuz it sounds like it may be more of your fault.

 

Yep, I know its kinda my fault. it was an accident, oh well. I put a small dent in his fender and thats about it. other fell/ripped off his car.

And yes, i do have insurance.

 

Good on the insurance. There's nothing else to do except be extra nice if/when the volvo guy calls you back & go down to your local bodyshop to get your bumper replaced. At least it was just your bumper... looks like it got ripped clean off, on the passenger side. Hope all goes well & hope the volvo's not a ***** about things.

 

Bummer man. I feel bad for you. All these threads about accidents have made me a way more cautious driver lately, only cuz every time I see these horrible pics, I think how bad I would feel if I wrecked my pride and joy. Good luck to you.

And about the volvo guy, he seemed really cool. he was like "ah sh*t happens, ill call the insurance place tomorrow, and ill get it in the shop, shouldnt be to bad."

but lets hope he doesnt change and be like blah blah blah, you damaged everything.

 

lucky u didnt dent ur reinforcement bar. should cost u atleast $500

 

White lancers are crashing a lot lately. I crashed mine last september. Yes, it was white too.
