I found out that if the seats are made of the wrong padding/foam, you will lose back support in a couple of years. The foam will actually collapse. So be careful when bying "budget" seats.

 

If seats look good and feel comfortable then go for it, even if they only last for a couple of years at that price you can buy three pairs before you reach the price of some sparcos or recaros. the only issue I see is the bracketry, but if you just want something for now, buy the brackets and seats and just replace the seats in a few years.
