No you can't. The RECARO'S in the X are airbag equipped.

this is kinda a off topic question. But to give you a simple answer, yes there are a shops that offer reliable mods all over, but you have to be specific on what type of mods are you looking for.

If it was something on topic here like HIDs, then I would have to say the most reliable highest quality hids for me would be from XenonDepot. But if your talking about performance mods, or Body mods or track related stuff, these are very different things, that some shops specialize in. RRM provides a very broad range of products for multiple cars.

To kinda save you the back and forth questions you might exchange with them, I already did a write up on two of the kits and they have actively been refining the package they send out to Lancer / EVO owners to ensure their is no Flicker and voltage stability perfect to ensure your bulbs go the for years and years. So its a HID + Relay + CANBUS Fix

Heheh if you live somewhere where Yellow, or Amber light is legal. I highly recommend the 3000k kit for maximum light output.
