Well I went to a shop today and they gave me a estimate of 230 for putting a evo 7 spoiler on today. It includes the whole thing like painting the spolier putting it on and filling the middle hole then painting that. How much was everyone elses?

 

230...that is real real real cheap....but jus to let u kno...fillin the hole and repainting it...dats da ghetto way...you are goin to have a problem..where there are 2 shades of paint...new and old...its up to you...it is better if you get the whole trunk lid repainted

 

That sounds a little high to me.....I had the shop paint mine evo 8 style, remove old spoiler, install new spoiler, and paint and plug middle hole for $150. I would ask to get that lower.

depends on how the fill it fglass it or weld it $230 seems cheap 2 me prob will have issues down the road then again $230 could be aight if its a friend who has experience doing it

 

what issuses are u talkin bout? and zooracer what do u mean 2 different shades of paint. the car is only a month old lol

what long term issues can there be?

 

The discoloration of someone painting over the hole and not the whole entire trunk. it will look kinda wierd where the new paint and old meet. It might sit a tad higher. And if birds poop on your car then well you got poop on your car.
