no rust thank god, i got hella chips on the rear of my side skirts and chipping around my front bumber and driver door.

 

As soon as the temperatures warm up in the GTA and I get a chance to give my car a nice wash, I'll have tons of pictures of all the paint damage on my car.

 

the more the better Mitsu will be seeing these in my end report

 

ill post some pics 2morrow or my chips its just kinda annoying ive only had my car for 6 months and it has chips on parts where the car shouldnt chip lol. its Mitsubishi ive learned to live with it.

whats you intention on gettin pics from people with paint chips? better quality paint ( i hope ) or touch ups are free

wow the pics that are linked here are insane. I can't believe how bad that is. Mine has the same milage and has I would say 4 or 5 on the hood. I'm even pissed about those I can only imagine how you feel.

this is my lovely mitsubishi lancer it 2009 and the paint is so soft sometimes the car wash takes the paint off..and stone chips like crazy i dont drive on gravel roads at all..all the chips i have seem to be on the drivers side and hood. nothing really on the pass side

i got chips infront of the back wheel, a big *** bird landed on my car so i got some claw marks on the roof. My damn cat decided to jump into the engine bay when i was waxing the car one day, slips off and scratches the side. Im havin nothing but bad luck with the paint.

 

I have two small chips on my hood, right where it meets up with the bumper that are rusting. One spot on the side of the car by the back door that is rusting. I also have some scrunched up paint on the drivers side where the bumper meets with fender.

I'll take pics later.

 

Here's some pictures I took today. Consider that I have Rally Armor Mud Flaps and 3M Clear Bra installed on the front hood, front and rear splash area and back of mirrors, my paint chipping kept at a very minimum level.

The first picture shows the front right. There is one big paint chipping spot.

The second picture shows the rear left. There are some paint chipping spots on the edge where my 3M clear bra didn't cover.

 

paint chips on both lancer and evo..horrible paint job honestly. i have scratched all over my car from me WASHING IT i used the same towel and such on my civic and no scratches...

fkin ridiculous if it was covered by warranty mitsu would be out of business.
