hey everyone just wondering if anyone knows hot to remove the center peice that hold the a/c vents . if anyone is confused i have a picture here. im tlaking about the parts that are painted yellow by the a/c vents
you need to remove:
gauge cluster surround (2 screws)
HVAC/Radio Panel (2 screws behind two outside knobs) panel just pops off
the center piece is held on by two screws. Careful not to use brute force to pop the panels off.
Don't forget to disconnect the harness behind the clock/and hazard switch.

You have to unscrew your gauge cluster first, pop it out. Then take off the center bezel where the radio and a/c controls are (pop it off) and there are 2 screws that are holding the big long yellow painted piece into place, they are behind the gauge cluster, and behind the radio bezel. He pretty much nailed it..

Look at your gauges. look up above the steering column and remove the two screw up in there. *You don't need to remove the left mirror control switch panel*
Take off all 3 knobs on your AC/Radio panel and you should see two screws. I see your temperature control one is already off. Just pull the panel off carefully so you don't break the retaining clips.
After you remove those two panels all you have to do is remove the two bolts on the AC/Clock/hazard switch panel and pull that one off carefully. Remove the two wire harnesses connected to the back of that panel and you should be good to go.
