What kind of radiator are you getting?

 

CSF imports - all alluminum radiator

keep it up scorpionx13! dont give up. demon is right, a friend happened almost the same thing, he did what demon says, and everything went perfect! the guy from the insurance told my friend that as long as the car looks complete everything is right, you can even use parts from other cars but they have to be similar.

update!

just ordered the wiring harness ($1000) :O
got the air conditioner hose and throttle cable

probably will be borring out the intakes a little and adjusting the wastegate for a couple more psi in the next couple of days.

should have the turbo and everything on by this weekend. but i got a huge trip coming up... so maybe everything gets done by this weekend, if not... july

i just wanna drive my !

 

update:

lancer is basically completely rebuilt, and i got it running today. only small things remain like.. probly to sea foam to clean system and tire pressure.
ended up making $2500 from the whole process and learned a bunch.

ended up buying:

control harness 750
coolant hose 60
misc hoses ~60
new fluids (oil, rad fluid, power steering fluid) ~100
battery 80
MAF sensor 10
1 fuse, various bolts and nuts, 3 gaskets ~60
new coating on turbo and upgrade just for ****s and giggles 300
alum. radiator 200
radiator fan 15
timing belt cover 40
throttle cable 70
spark plug, 2 covers ~60

it breaths again!!

 

Congrats man! Im glad to hear you are up and running again. Lets hope who ever hates your car isn't still lurking around . I would not be going to the movies anymore with that car .
