I painted my lights about 5 months ago and I used the same procedure almost and I still have no condensation in mine. I think that we have no reason to worry because the apoxy is still so new that it is still pretty sticky. I really pushed mine together hard and I would tell anyone else to do the same. I also have one more suggestion when you take apart the headlight you will notice the little silver cone thing that covers the bulb. I painted mine white and when the head light is on it makes it look alot like a bmw style headlight cause there is a dark circle in the middle of the light. When the headlight is off you just see a white circle in the middle of the silver reflector I think it looks good. I am trying to buy a camera so I can post pics but whenever I get the money I spend it on car stuff. If I buy one I will put my pics up.

Also paint the silver on the grill the same color as your housing it looks really good. And I would suggest using the 400 grit sandpaper on the grill and the headlight. The black also looks very good on yellow lancers.

The headlights were a success!!! They look awesome. They are not too bad to do just one or two steps that were a pain but I think anyone who want to have black housing headlights do it yourself. It cost like 10 bucks...the cost of paint, primer and sandpaper.
