Okay so I saved 200 bucks and I want to lower my 02 lancer. I was originally going to get tein springs for 209.00 but then I saw Megan racing springs for 150.00 lowering springs good ? Because I just remembered I have to get clamps to take of the old springs .

Clamps are just sketchy. The springs are under a huge amount of pressure so if those clamps happen to just come off, itll send the spring flying which could hurt you or hit your car or anything

Use air tools if u got them or rent impact tools from store it will cut ur time down by like 4 hours sometimes those nuts are super hard to remove. Other than that it's pretty straight foward

No it isnt too hard but depending on situations it can be somewhat a pain. And yeah it is pretty straight forward. But swapping your suspension and changing your exhaust is alot for one day because its your first doing either. Now taking the stock exhaust off can be a rotten pain in the *** because of rust and what not. But goodluck man! If you need help were here!

+1^ impact tools are great. A breaker bar may come in handy

Unfortunately I don't have any impact tools so I gotta do it the manual way haha . And all I have to do is put to stands under the back to get the back end up right? And I can leave the front wheels on the ground and throw the ebrake on ?

If u throw the ebrake on its not going to do anything if your front is on the ground. The ebrake only locks up the rear tires. It does nothing for the fronts. You'll have to put something in front of the tires.
