I've done the accord fog light retro-fir in the past, and taken my headlights out several times. You don't have to take the bumper off to do either of them. For the fog lights just be gentle removing the clips for the splash shield and remember where they go.

Get real coilovers and you can adjust the dampening. Mine is pretty low and still drives like a champ; even takes dips and light pot holes like a champ.

Yeah but i feel itll just be easier to do the fogs with the bumper off. and my splash guard is all messed up anyways. I went up alittle on a snow pile snow drifting being dumb. Lesson learned cause it cracked my front bumper in 2 places at the bottom where it folds under. Not really noticeable though. And i tried getting my head lights off with the bumper on and i was fiddling around and trying and i didnt wanna ruin my paint so i was like eff it and put them back lol was gonna adjust my headlights

In the rear I'm about maxed out, the front I'm no were near maxed out, but when I was lower my Half Shaft was binding up and it blew out. So I raised it about a half an inch or so. Yea its the Extra Drop Kit. I have about an inch and a half of clearance from my sub frame and the ground.

No idea. my guess is about 3.5" in the front and 3" in the rear. now, that's just a ball park guess. As I said, I really have no idea.

Like I said in one of these previous posts is just made, I have about an inch and a half on clearance from my sub frame and the ground.

As for the review, I mean they're good lol but here it goes.

They look pretty

The stiffest setting is pretty stiff, the softest setting is pretty soft.

They said setting 8 is stock dampening but I ride at 20 clicks from stiffest and its more like stock to me. I'm still pretty low and I can hit little bumps and small pot holes and its nothing to freak out about.

I got the extra drop kit, its free of charge, the only difference I can figure out is the front. The rear is pretty much maxed out and its about the same as most other "standard" coilovers.

Also you can't actually go as low as it can because then you will bind u the CV shaft and/or the cylinder will be resting on it. So make sure you can have a full turn radius with the correct clearance from coilover cylinder and CV shaft.

Installation was super easy, took 40 minutes for the front and the rear combined. Everything broke loose no problem.

In comparison to other coilovers the cylinders are thicker which means more fluid which means a higher quality ride, temperatures don't effect the dampening as easy.

If something gets damaged the warranty will cover it more than likely and if not pretty much every part of the coilover is serviceable.

BC is the most expensive coilover they make for our cars, you get what you pay for period. Not to bag on other brands but if I had to choose another brand it would be D2 as my second choice, then Tien as my third. I wouldn't go with Megan Racing or K sport. Those two brands are the lowest quality, based on other reviews. Along with experience from a buddy of mine who is an supplier.

You might have one of the lower brands and it might seem good and all, But unless you ride in a car with D2, BC Racing or Tien, you just don't know because you have nothing to compare it to.

Plus on top of that, the difference in cost is stupid. The cheapest I can find K Sport and Megan is like $900 (maybe) more like $950, if you honestly can't afford $50 more for BC Racing or Tien, (just under $1000 w/free shipping) you should NOT be spending your money on coilovers.

Yes that is my opinion. You know your situation better than I, but I think that is still a very fair statement.

All in all, I hope my half *** review helps.

Do you have the perches out in the rear? I have both lower perches out on each side in the rear and it doesnt sit low enough for me. Yeah i can go alot lower in the front, i just dont want to cause my rear is maxed so itll look like a dragcar lol im surprised the extreme drop kit doesnt go that low compared to the standard coilovers like mine

Yeah it sucks everything under our cars sit so low. Cant go as low and our oil pans are extremely low as well. I have a big exhaust leak on my exhaust right before the rear crossmember from hitting something real bad accidentally

See i have the megan racing 32 ways adjustable and i actually like them. They ride very nice. They definitely drop the ride quite a bit, comparable to the extra drop bc's. Im only 6 clicks from the stiffest in the front and 4 clicks from stiffest in the rear and im content with how it rides. I like the stiffness and feeling the road. I took my mom for a ride once cause she had to get her car inspected and shedrives an extended gmc envoy which has a bouncy and soft ride and she said my car rides nice. This was when i was lower in the front too. I currently have the front up some because of winter and the snow

They definitely have some quality to them. Megan racing really has come along way. Mine are listed at $1000
