Lowered 02-07 Lancers. Post your pics!
Do you have the perches out in the rear? I have both lower perches out on each side in the rear and it doesnt sit low enough for me. Yeah i can go alot lower in the front, i just dont want to cause my rear is maxed so itll look like a dragcar lol im surprised the extreme drop kit doesnt go that low compared to the standard coilovers like mine
Yeah it sucks everything under our cars sit so low. Cant go as low and our oil pans are extremely low as well. I have a big exhaust leak on my exhaust right before the rear crossmember from hitting something real bad accidentally

Being "low" has nothing to do with wheel gap or how far off the ground the bumper is, It's the clearance from subframe or underbody is to the ground. If its more wheel tuck you want, get bigger wheels. Or remove the rear springs from your coilovers, which I don't recommend.
My coilovers are also 32 way dampening adjustable. Dampening is a fairly standardized measurement from car to car, your setting 1-32 are going to be the same as mine. The difference is the quality of the fluid inside, how temperature resistant it is, how it reacts over time being used. As I said in my makeshift review, the stiffest setting is really stiff, the softest setting it really soft.

The accord foglights is a fun, easy project to do. No they're not direct bolt on, you do have to do a little (or a lot) of shaving of the excess plastic. I did it, they looked good, The only real reason I got rid of mine were because I got a cold air intake and at the time I was a noob and thought it was going to make a difference.
You will also need the tools to do the removing and installing of the shocks and struts
Just in-case there was any confusion on ride height on my pictures, The picture to the left my rear was higher and my from was lower. After I blew my Half shaft I had to raise the front so I leveled it out, raising my front about a half an inch and dropping the rear about a half an inch. which would be the picture on the right.
If you look at he design of how our suspension is set up, there isn't room to go lower and still have the ride quality from the coilover dampening. The point of the extra drop kit is not to make the car un-drivable, but to be able to go as low as you can while still having full shock travel. Wait what... Wouldnt that like immediately just blow your shocks!? Haha ive never heard of anyone doing that
they're cheap
and if you dont have an air compressor id go and rent the tools at a local store that lets you rent them
your gonna need that impact wrench trust me
Like I said in one of these previous posts is just made, I have about an inch and a half on clearance from my sub frame and the ground.
As for the review, I mean they're good lol but here it goes.
They look pretty
The stiffest setting is pretty stiff, the softest setting is pretty soft.
They said setting 8 is stock dampening but I ride at 20 clicks from stiffest and its more like stock to me. I'm still pretty low and I can hit little bumps and small pot holes and its nothing to freak out about.
I got the extra drop kit, its free of charge, the only difference I can figure out is the front. The rear is pretty much maxed out and its about the same as most other "standard" coilovers.
Also you can't actually go as low as it can because then you will bind u the CV shaft and/or the cylinder will be resting on it. So make sure you can have a full turn radius with the correct clearance from coilover cylinder and CV shaft.
Installation was super easy, took 40 minutes for the front and the rear combined. Everything broke loose no problem.
In comparison to other coilovers the cylinders are thicker which means more fluid which means a higher quality ride, temperatures don't effect the dampening as easy.
If something gets damaged the warranty will cover it more than likely and if not pretty much every part of the coilover is serviceable.
BC is the most expensive coilover they make for our cars, you get what you pay for period. Not to bag on other brands but if I had to choose another brand it would be D2 as my second choice, then Tien as my third. I wouldn't go with Megan Racing or K sport. Those two brands are the lowest quality, based on other reviews. Along with experience from a buddy of mine who is an supplier.
You might have one of the lower brands and it might seem good and all, But unless you ride in a car with D2, BC Racing or Tien, you just don't know because you have nothing to compare it to.
Plus on top of that, the difference in cost is stupid. The cheapest I can find K Sport and Megan is like $900 (maybe) more like $950, if you honestly can't afford $50 more for BC Racing or Tien, (just under $1000 w/free shipping) you should NOT be spending your money on coilovers.
Yes that is my opinion. You know your situation better than I, but I think that is still a very fair statement.
All in all, I hope my half *** review helps.

Well i dont care for ride quality as much. Plus, i love the stiff feeling of the car, makes me feel low. Was thinking about getting a different spring rate with swift springs for my coilovers anyways and then getting them revalved so i have a stiff suspension where literally you jack the car up, and the wheel just goes up with it. But i changed my mind cause im trying to get alot of things done asap for all the meets and especially h2oi. And for me being low, is that, and the bumpers lol i wish i had the oz rally so i had the lip kit cause it makes it look lower. And just looks better overall. And i already have wide wheels lol going wider in the future
Wait what... Wouldnt that like immediately just blow your shocks!? Haha ive never heard of anyone doing that

You do realize with suspension that stiff on a daily, you will hit almost any type of road obstacle, like a man hole or a pot hole; your suspension wont travel at all. This will cause you to bend or crack a wheel. The wheels you have are made of low pressure cast aluminum. Some of the cheapest/weakest material on the market. Mine are made of the same material but you're the one wanting to take the "suspension" out of "suspension."
You clearly don't want to do it the correct way, so you might as well do it the wrong way.
It's a daily, not a track car. It's as simple as that. Just trying to be realistic, here.

Yes, yes it would; but you don't care about ride quality as much, remember? You're not experienced enough to do the work yourself, which means you are going to pay an unnecessary amount to get an end result that you will regret. Honestly, there really is no "correct" way of slamming a car. Slamming a car no matter what, will give you a hell of alot stiffer suspension and is not exactly suspension safe. Slamming a car is just simply not good for your car. If you want good suspension, the best combination is an aftermarket strut capable of holding certain drops and lowering springs. Which isnt low enough for me. I am trying to do it the safest way without destroying my suspension completely. which is why i never cut my springs cause i thought about it. My suspension right now is stiff but not crazy stiff. Im still in the "safe" zone. Plus, if i changed my dampening towards soft more, itd feel better and like how yours feels. We pretty much have the same set up right now lol except i have 2 lower perches out on each side in the rear and have my dampening set differently cause i like feeling the road more. I drive slow and swerve around everything for this very reason. Not to mention, we have to watch our oil pans cause they sit so low which is why i am thinking about skid plates as well or even getting help from a friend with raising my engine with motor mount spacers and what not for when i go lower. I am being very cautious with this. And in the future when i get a better job, i will get a daily. I am aware that slamming a car puts more stress on your wheels and suspension and wheel components. This is why i was asking if youre maxed out so i can decide on getting new coilovers for a lower drop so i dont have to get my rear ones fabricated but nothings really gonna drop it to what i want probably. I honestly plan on taking my front perches out as well when i get my rear coilovers fabbed but im gonna watch everything when i do this as well as, change my dampening more soft so its not so shock hurting
