blacked-out headlights

hey, wondering if anyone has blacked-out headlights. if so, can you post pics? i'm wondering what it would look like on my car, i have a yellow oz...i want to go for the rally look

look at the post CromeOZ has... he has a yellow OZ with Black Headlight housings.... looks HOT. BTW, I sold them to him.

awesome man, thanks a lot - that really helped...did you paint them or sell the black housing to him? id rather not worry about sticking them in an oven and painting and stuff...is there an alternative?

I painted them, then sold them to him. The only alternative is to buy the black housing headlights from Japan... but then you need to invest in all new bulbs, and all new wiring.... so it winds up being a big (and fairly expensive) task.

Didn't you make a "How to" for that process, cause I can't find it
