Question Looking for the right intake!!

I need some help here.. I am looking for an intake for my 04 Lancer OZ rally. Its either AEM or Injen. I am not sure what one to get and what one would give me the best preformance. If there is another one out there that is better please let me know. I am also looking for a way to increase HP, already did tuned pipes and Greddy exhuast. cant really spend the money on a turbo either. Also how hard is it to install a short shifter in a OZ rally? I can use all the help I can get. Thanks.

the typhoon is a short ram intake and the aem and injen are cold air. the cold air gives up 8 max hp but it dips below the stock powerline on the dyno in some places. the typhoon gives you like 6 max hp but has consistent gains above the stock all the way to redline.

IMO the k&n typhoon is the best. I have had the AEM before. I dont see much difference in the design between the AEM and Injine. If you really want cold air go AEM its a bit cheaper and it is pretty much the exact same as Injine. But if you want the best performance for your car. the K&N Typhoon is the approiate choice.

I have been looking for the K&N intake but I all I come across is the one for the EVO. I need the 2.0 Lancer OZ rally. one... Or will the one for the EVO fit my car? Any suggestions on where to look for the one I want. Thanks again.

i disagree with the short ram how can it be better then cold air.More cold air better the motor runs plus aem has done dynos with both and cold air pulled better in the higher rpms and gears because more cold air
