Question Ride Hight Differance Front 2 Back?...

I Have a Stock 2005 Lancer ES The back sets lower then the front, makes the car look like it is a boat its about and 1.5 difference... i tried removing all the wight out the back and still the same, what else can i try or buy to make the ride level?!
What Springs if any are recommended, and struts?
