We installed them. We have for $149. Drove car with them myself. It also had rear sway bar.

Together it was best set up and look really good. Not too low.

Thumbs up

I put em on...still have stock shocks, gotta get alignment fixed and sway bar installed, but for now it seems pretty good. Still a little nervous on how far to push em though.

How long do you think the stock shocks will last? Is the ride bouncy? Wont be a horrible ride?

That's what worries me...I'm not sure. I can't afford the $425 + install for the KYB's so I'm kinda hesitant about taking the cornering to it's limits. The car does have more rebound than with the stock springs and it's a little annoying on PA highways. Maybe Rob can offer some advice on the expected life of the shocks...he says they won't kill em. I am definitely going to upgrade to the KYB's when I get some cash though...better peace of mind.

Progress lowers them 1.5 all around, same as teins. And both teins an progress springs lower the car more than the Eibach

RMR will replace the stock mounting hardware (according to their site) on the ES to bring it to LS/OZ spec. It'll cost more but it'll solve any future suspension problems. As for ES options, if someone makes Mirage suspension products (springs, shocks, struts), it's possible they will fit.

so damn, if the ES stuff fits with mirage parts, then wouldn't us OZ/LS people have to go and switch out perches to the ES? wow, a couple weeks ago the ES people thought they had it bad.

The worm has turned...

Now we have light confirmation that all the mirage suspension components will fit, i.e. struts, shocks, and springs. Yipee.
